I came to yoga through grief. After losing a close family member I was cracked open. A question arose that I've been answering through practice ever since: who am I underneath all of this?

I left a career in acting, moved to Sri Lanka, and went deep into Himalayan Kriya and the Tantric lineage.

I've been teaching for six years and my retreats are small by design.

  • This was my third yoga retreat with Rosie. They have all been different in what I got from them (but exactly what I needed every time). The Tulum retreat is my favourite so far though; she is thoughtful in her preparation, full of love in her execution. Absolute gold. I would wholeheartedly recommend. In fact I cannot wait for the next one. In the meantime, I’ll be using all the tools and reflections I took away from this experience
